last time i did 13 rounds so i improved
yesterday did 17 rounds of the 10 wall balls, 10 glute hams, 10 back ext. in 20 minutes
eating is going ok. trying to incorporate cheating into my life without going over board, tyhis is still hard for me to do.. still a binger at heart but im working on it! 1 cheat meal a week is my goal to try to stick to. my day to day blocks and paleo eating are going great though so thats good!
