CF- hang cleans- 7- warmed up bergner warm up and a few with 45 and 50 lbs/ 65, 70, 75,80,85,90 failed, 90 failed finished witha solid 85
form felt good until the 90, disappointed, i was able to power clean 95 a few weeks so this was a bummer
CFE- tabata sprints- bike - 20 secs on 10 off x8- keeping above 200 wats
total distance- 1.35 miles
