before work i did CF endurance bike- 2x 12 min with 2 min rest- not sure my distance my little speedometer thingy broke
CF WOD- 5 rounds- 30 glute ham sit ups, 25 back extensions- time- 8:50
i shaved 12 seconds off from last time!! :)
