wow this sucked, my legs quads and glutes were sooo sore today i could barely make it down the stairs to the gym! and then the workout was- run 400 meters and 50 squats- 4 rounds… i wanted to cry!! so i went a little slower than i would if i weren’t so sore, but once i got warmed up it was doable! total time-18:04
