last time i did 13 rounds so i improved
yesterday did 17 rounds of the 10 wall balls, 10 glute hams, 10 back ext. in 20 minutes
eating is going ok. trying to incorporate cheating into my life without going over board, tyhis is still hard for me to do.. still a binger at heart but im working on it! 1 cheat meal a week is...
why is it that as soon as a challenge is over old habits come back as though you didn’t just go 100 days without them??? i wish the challenge were still happening so i could find the paleo life style that i want to lead easier to do!!
