“cindy” 15 rounds plus pull ups and push ups of the 16th round last time i did 13 rounds so i improved yesterday did 17 rounds of the 10 wall balls, 10 glute hams, 10 back ext. in 20 minutes eating is going ok. trying to incorporate cheating into my life without going over board, tyhis is still hard for me to do.. still a binger at heart but im working on it! 1 cheat meal a week is...

why is it that as soon as a challenge is over old habits come back as though you didn’t just go 100 days without them??? i wish the challenge were still happening so i could find the paleo life style that i want to lead easier to do!!

yesterday- omelet, salad, cheese, cherries, fishoil, another salad, nuts today- omelet, salad, cheese, cherries, fishoil, about to have some eggs and sausage, and more fish oil! family was in town and managed to not cheat once!!! tomorrow will  be a big blowout celebration for me whit lots of “forbidden” foods!! thanks to everyone for all of your support. i have REALLY enjoyed...

CF- hang cleans- 7- warmed up bergner warm up and a few with 45 and 50 lbs/ 65, 70, 75,80,85,90 failed, 90 failed finished witha solid 85 form felt good until the 90, disappointed, i was able to power clean 95 a few weeks so this was a bummer CFE- tabata sprints- bike - 20 secs on 10 off x8- keeping above 200 wats total distance- 1.35 miles

“nancy” 5 rounds 400 meter run, 15 over head squats (rx’d 95#, i used 55) total time:19:13 over head squats are one of my bigger weaknesses so i ddn’t try to go heavier on the weight beacuase i have a wobble problem sometimes and i really want to get that taken care of, these felt A LOt better from last time. I could really feel the locked in feeling when they felt easy...

CF endurance- 2x10 min, 2 min recoveries- 2.53 total distance CF WOD- thrusters 1111111 warm ups with 45# and 50# 1- 60, 2- 65, 3- 70, 4-80, 5- 85, 6- 90, 7- 95 failed just like last time- finished with a solid form 85# cant seem to get that 95!!

before work i did CF endurance bike- 2x 12 min with 2 min rest- not sure my distance my little speedometer thingy broke CF WOD- 5 rounds- 30 glute ham sit ups, 25 back extensions- time- 8:50 i shaved 12 seconds off from last time!! :)

wow this sucked, my legs quads and glutes were sooo sore today i could barely make it down the stairs to the gym! and then the workout was- run 400 meters and 50 squats- 4 rounds… i wanted to cry!! so i went a little slower than i would if i weren’t so sore, but once i got warmed up it was doable! total time-18:04 preworkout snack- apple sauce protein- 2c, 1p 1f
